If the delivered prints materially deviate from the approved proof (for example: incorrect logo/text, missing elements, miscuts beyond specification, or major color errors), Phoenix will, at its option, (a) reprint the affected items at Phoenix’s expense, or (b) if reprinting is impractical or the Client rejects the reprint, provide a refund equal to the verified printing cost for the affected items. This remedy is the Client’s sole and exclusive remedy for print defects.

Phoenix is not responsible for defects resulting from (i) client‑supplied files that were incorrect or low resolution, (ii) client changes requested after proof approval, (iii) damage occurring after delivery or during client handling, or (iv) normal color variations between digital proofs and physical prints due to differences in devices, substrates, or print processes. Design and service fees are non‑refundable.
